Your client data is yours. We do not sell it, do not train AI models on it, and do not share it without a clear lawful basis explained below. This policy is written plainly so you can actually read it.
ClientsForge (“ClientsForge”, “we”, “us”) is an AI client-delivery studio operated by The Red Circuits Technologies, registered in India [TO UPDATE — add registered office address once incorporated]. We provide a workspace for agencies, freelancers, and consultants to generate proposals, Scopes of Work, quotations, and client communications.
This Privacy Policy applies to our service at clientsforge.in and all subdomains. For questions, write to privacy@clientsforge.in.
For users in the EU/UK, our Data Protection Contact is privacy@clientsforge.in. For users in India, the same address handles requests under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Account information: Your name, email, company name, role, and a securely-hashed password. We never see or store plain-text passwords.
Profile and Brand Memory: Brand colours, tone-of-voice preferences, rate cards, logos, email signatures, and other brand context you provide.
Client and project data: Client names, contact details, project requirements, budgets, timelines, meeting transcripts, audio recordings, and the documents we generate for you.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, IP address, browser type, and error logs. Used to operate the service and fix bugs.
Payment data: Payments are processed by Paddle.com Inc., our merchant of record. We do not see or store your full card number — Paddle handles all payment data under PCI DSS Level 1 compliance.
What we never collect: We do not collect your or your clients’ precise location, biometric data, government IDs, health information, or financial information beyond what is required for payment processing.
We use your data only for purposes you would reasonably expect from a tool you signed up for:
What we never do with your data: sell it, share it with advertisers, train AI models on it, use it for targeted advertising, or hand it to anyone without a lawful basis disclosed in this policy.
To generate documents, your transcripts and brief data are sent to third-party AI providers acting as our sub-processors. We disclose all of them:
You can request a current sub-processor list at any time by writing to privacy@clientsforge.in. We will give 30 days’ advance notice before adding a new sub-processor that materially changes how your data is processed.
Your account data, projects, and generated documents are stored in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) via Supabase. Backups are encrypted and stored in the same region.
Data sent to AI sub-processors is transmitted to their respective regions (typically USA) for the duration of generating your output. We do not control where AI providers process data once it leaves our system — their published terms govern that.
For EU/UK users: our standard contractual clauses (SCCs) with each US-based sub-processor cover the international transfer requirements under GDPR Art. 46.
You can request earlier deletion at any time. See Section 7.
Depending on your location, you have some or all of these rights:
To exercise any right: email privacy@clientsforge.in from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling deletion or export requests.
California (CCPA/CPRA) users: You have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

No system is perfectly secure. By using ClientsForge, you accept that residual risk exists despite reasonable precautions.
ClientsForge is not directed at people under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be announced by email and on the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated policy. If you don’t accept, you can close your account and your data will be deleted per Section 6.

By creating an account or using ClientsForge, you agree to these Terms. They are written to be readable. Please read them — particularly Sections 6 (your content), 7 (billing), 11 (liability), and 14 (governing law).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”) and The Red Circuits Technologies (“ClientsForge”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, accessing the service, or clicking “I agree”, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you are using ClientsForge on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
ClientsForge is a software-as-a-service product that helps users generate Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, quotations, and client communications by transforming meeting transcripts and brief inputs using artificial intelligence.
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, add, or remove features from time to time. We will use reasonable effort to give advance notice of material changes that reduce functionality of paid plans.
To use the service, you must register an account. You agree to:
You must be at least 18 years old to use ClientsForge. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion as set out in Section 9.
You agree NOT to:
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
The service uses third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) to generate output. AI output may contain factual errors, omissions, fabrications, or content that does not reflect your actual business situation.
You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sending it to your clients or relying on it. The service is a productivity tool; the user remains the author and decision-maker. ClientsForge is not liable for errors, omissions, or business consequences arising from AI output that you accepted, edited, or sent without review.
AI output is also non-deterministic — running the same input twice may produce different results. We do not guarantee specific output for specific input.
You own your content. Transcripts, briefs, generated documents, brand assets, and any data you upload remain yours. We claim no ownership.
You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, and process your content solely to provide the service to you. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for backups still in retention per the Privacy Policy.
We do not use your content to train AI models. We do not share your content with third parties except the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy, who process it solely to deliver our service to you.
Our IP: The ClientsForge name, logo, software, design system, prompt engineering, Brand Memory feature, and all underlying code remain our property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property.
Feedback: If you send us feedback, suggestions, or feature requests, we may use them freely without obligation to you.
Plans: ClientsForge offers Solo ($29/mo), Studio ($79/mo), and Agency ($299/mo) subscription plans, plus optional credit packs for additional document generation. Current pricing is on the website. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Billing cycle: Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You retain access until then.
Refunds:
Failed payments: If your payment fails, we will retry and notify you. After 7 days of failed payment, we may suspend your account. After 30 days, we may terminate it.
Price changes: We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Existing subscriptions continue at the original price until your next renewal.
Taxes: Prices shown are exclusive of GST, VAT, sales tax, or other applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout based on your location.
New accounts may receive a free trial. Trial limits and duration are stated at signup. We may modify or discontinue the trial at any time.
Each paid plan has a monthly document quota. Exceeding the quota requires either upgrading or purchasing credit packs. Unused quota does not roll over to the next month.
We reserve the right to enforce reasonable rate limits to prevent abuse, including throttling document generation if usage patterns suggest automated or bulk use beyond the spirit of the plan.
By you: Cancel anytime. Your data is retained per the Privacy Policy and you may export it before deletion.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without refund if you:

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that:
You assume all responsibility for using AI output, including for verifying accuracy before sending content to clients or making business decisions based on it.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties — in those jurisdictions, our warranties are limited to the minimum permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
These limitations apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. They do not apply where prohibited by law (for example, gross negligence or wilful misconduct in some jurisdictions).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClientsForge, The Red Circuits Technologies, our officers, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and on the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept, you can cancel your account and your data will be deleted per the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. The Indian Contract Act 1872, the Information Technology Act 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 apply.
Disputes: Before filing any legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by writing to legal@clientsforge.in. We will respond within 30 days and try in good faith to resolve it.
Jurisdiction: If informal resolution fails, all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
No class actions: To the extent permitted by law, you agree to bring any claim against us only in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.
One-year limitation: Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, or be permanently barred.
Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the complete agreement between you and us regarding the service.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
No waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Force majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including outages of AI providers, hosting providers, internet infrastructure, natural disasters, government action, or labour disputes).
Notices: We may send legal notices to your account email. You should send legal notices to legal@clientsforge.in.
Independent contractors: Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and us.
